Success in action for Watford.BY GODWIN AIKIGBE
Isaac Success on Sunday assisted Etienne Capoue for the only goal that gave Watford victory over Spanish side Eibar as their pre-season training camp in Austria ended in a narrow victory.
The Nigeria striker who joined the Hornets from Granada last summer drove into the box and his pass found Capoue who swept the ball home with his left foot from the edge of the area just over ten minutes from time proved the difference.
The goal gave the Premier League side their second 1-0 victory of the week, after they overcame Viktoria Plzen last Tuesday.
Success started the match on the bench and was introduced onto the fray as a 63rd minute replacement for Stefano Okaka.
The game saw Nathaniel Chalobah make his first appearance in a Watford shirt since completing his move from Chelsea and Will Hughes was handed his first start.
Watford now return to England for the final three weeks of pre-season. They have behind-closed doors friendly with Rangers on Wednesday, a trip to Aston Villa next Saturday and host Real Sociedad in the Graham Taylor Memorial match on August 5.
