Cristiano Ronaldo will join PSG in 2016 if Zlatan Ibrahimovic leaves the club.
Real Madrid president Fioentino Perez on Saturday in Doha, Qatar met with his PSG counterpart Nasser Al Khelaifi and there were talks of Ronaldo making the switch next summer that seems possible.
According to France Football, both men extensively discussed Ronaldo, who is now the main objective of PSG, now free from the shackles of UEFA financial fair play.
There is however complexities in the management of image rights of the Ballon d’Or winner, acquired in part by Peter Lim, owner of Valencia, and a friend of Jorge Mendes, Ronaldo’s agent.
PSG would then consider how to finance Ronaldo’s purchase, especially from the bulky salary paid Ibrahimovic, who is strongly linked with a return to Italy.
