Former Nigeria champions, Plateau United now will play their next two home matches of 2018/2019 Nigeria Professional Football League season at the Lafia Township Stadium in Nasarawa State.
This followed a review of their appeal on their banishment to Ilorin for their home games as a result of crowd troubles in an earlier home game at the Ryam Pam Stadium in Jos.
This decision was conveyed in a letter dated 23rd January 2019 and signed by Salisu Abubakar, the Chief Operating Officer of LMC.
Copied are Kano Pillars and Go Round FC, whom Plateau United will host respectively during, match no 28 and 44, as well as match officials.
The club are advised to make adequate preparation for both games.
The young season has recorded pockets of violence acts, with most recent at Shagamu Township Stadium, where the centre referee was left with a broken skull following a 1-1 draw between newcomers homers Remo Stars and Insurance of Benin.
