NBBF Pays Condolence Visit To Family Of Late Basketball Player Waheed Jimoh

The board of the Nigeria Basketball Federation earlier today paid a condolence visit to the family of late Waheed Jimoh, who died on Wednesday while playing basketball at the National Institute for Sports in Lagos.

The board was represented by North West Zonal Representative, Surajo Yusuf.

Surajo, who represented the president, Engineer Musa Kida, expressed consternation over the sad incident, which has thrown the entire basketball family in Nigeria into mourning.

He prayed God to grant the late player, who had since been buried according to Islamic rites Aljannah Friday’s.

The delegation also had Oni Afolabi (Media Representative on NBBF board), Emeka Oragwu and some players.
