Win or lose, Las Palmas will be playing in the Segunda Division next season, having been relegated alongside Deportivi La Coruna and Malaga.
They have 22 points in 37 matches to lie second from bottom going into this weekend’s round of games, Deportivo are 18th on the log with 29 points while Malaga have 22 points.
Imoh Ezekiel and Emmanuel Emenike are other Nigerians at the club who also joined them in the winter.
