Europa League: Ogu, Nwaekeme Score In Beer Sheva 2-2 Draw Against APOEL

Nigeria internationals, John Ogu and Anthony Nwaekeme  were on target for Hapoel Beer Sheva, who came from two goals down to draw 2-2 against Cypriot side APOEL in a UEFA Europa League, 3rd Qualifying Round, first leg tie at Turner Stadium Be’er Sheva on Thursday night.

The visitors opened the scoring on 13 minutes through Nuno Morais while Dellatorre doubled the lead on 28 minutes.

Ogu pulled one back for the home team on 43 minutes while Nwaekeme restored parity on 70 minutes.

The result leaves the Israeli champions with a mountain to climb in the corresponding fixture on Thursday 16 August in Cyprus .
