Fiery-tempered Atletico Madrid striker Diego Costa has taken to boxing in Spain.
The 29-year-old former Chelsea hit-man is doing what many feel he should be involved in due to his temperament, as he is pictured boxing in Fernando Torres’ Gym, his current teammate who also played for Chelsea in the past.
The Brazil-born Spain international has proved some handful to coaches and referees and has been suspended 10 times due to violent conduct on the pitch. He recently left Chelsea for his childhood club for € 66 million on January 1 following several face-offs with Antonio Conte.
Costa was handed the Marching Order on his first appearance for Atletico on 68 minutes for a second bookable offence after scoring the second goal in their 2-0 win over Getafe on January 1.
